  • Selecting the right long-term care facility for a loved one involves several key considerations:

    • Location and Accessibility: Choose a facility close to family and friends to facilitate regular visits, which can enhance the resident's emotional well-being.

    • Staff Qualifications and Care Quality: Evaluate the staff's training and experience, especially if specialized care (e.g., for dementia) is needed.

    • Services and Amenities: Ensure the facility offers necessary services such as medical care, meal plans, and recreational activities that align with your loved one's interests.

    • Safety and Security: Assess the facility's security measures, including access control and emergency response systems, to ensure a safe environment.

    • Financial Considerations: Understand the costs involved and explore payment options, including insurance coverage and potential financial assistance programs.

    • Reputation and Compliance: Research the facility's history, read reviews, and check for any violations or complaints to gauge its reputation and compliance with regulations.

Visiting multiple facilities, asking detailed questions, and involving your loved one in the decision-making process can help ensure the chosen facility meets their needs and preferences.

  • Placement timelines vary based on care needs and availability, but many placements happen within days, especially for urgent situations.

For hospital discharges, rehab transitions, or sudden care changes, our nurse-led team prioritizes speed while ensuring the placement is clinically appropriate and safe.

  • We provide nurse-led guidance to help families find safe, appropriate care settings for loved ones.

Our services include clinical needs evaluation, care option education, facility matching based on fit and safety, coordination of tours, and support through placement, contracting, and transition.

We also assist families in understanding availability, costs, and Medicaid-related considerations.

We can provide the State required assessment for an additional fee.

  • Our service is nurse-led with decades of hands-on elder care, placement, and adult family home ownership experience. We do not operate as a call center, and we do not make recommendations based on quotas or convenience. Every placement recommendation is grounded in clinical judgment — not just availability or preference.

This helps ensure safer placements, better outcomes, and smoother transitions for families and professionals.

Our standard is straightforward: if we would not place our own family there, we will not recommend it.

  • Getting started is simple. Families can contact us by phone (425-448-2573), email, or through our intake form.

A placement advisor will connect with you to understand your situation, answer initial questions, and outline next steps—at your pace and with no obligation.

    Our process includes:

    1. Initial Consultation: Begin with a phone consultation to discuss the senior's care needs, preferences, and budget. This may include in-person meetings with all decision-makers to review available resources and community options.

    2. Assessment and Recommendations: Based on the initial consultation, the advisor will provide tailored recommendations that align with the senior's specific needs. This includes scheduling tours of selected options and assisting during the decision-making process.

    3. Support and Follow-Up: After a place is chosen, the advisor offers transitional support, conducts follow-ups to ensure a smooth adjustment, and continues to advocate for the senior's well-being.

  • Utilizing professional services to find senior care options offers several key benefits:

    • Personalized Recommendations: Experts assess the unique health conditions, lifestyle preferences, and social needs of seniors to suggest care options that align closely with their requirements, reducing the likelihood of mismatches and unnecessary relocations.

    • Time and Stress Reduction: Navigating the myriad of senior care facilities can be overwhelming. Professional placement services streamline this process by handling research, scheduling tours, and managing paperwork, allowing families to focus on their loved ones without the added stress.

    • Access to Insider Knowledge: Placement specialists possess in-depth knowledge of local care communities, including their reputations, staff qualifications, and current availability. This insider information enables families to make informed decisions more efficiently.

    • Objective Support in Decision-Making: Making decisions about senior care can be emotionally charged. Professional advisors provide neutral guidance, helping families evaluate options based on facts rather than emotions, leading to better outcomes and greater peace of mind.

    • Assistance with Financial Planning: Understanding the costs associated with senior care is crucial. Placement services help families compare prices, identify hidden fees, and explore financial resources such as long-term care insurance or veterans' benefits to make care more affordable.

By leveraging the expertise of professional senior care placement services, families can ensure a smoother transition for their loved ones into appropriate care settings, tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
