ElderCare Placement Advisors, LLC provides referral and guidance services to assist individuals and families in identifying potential care options. We do not provide direct care, medical services, legal advice, or financial planning.

Nature of Our Services

ElderCare Placement Advisors, LLC operates as a referral agency. Our role is to educate families, assess general care considerations, and introduce appropriate care provider options based on expressed needs, safety considerations, and availability.

We do not:

  • Own or operate assisted living, memory care, adult family homes, or skilled nursing facilities

  • Make placement decisions on behalf of families

  • Guarantee placement, outcomes, or availability

All placement decisions remain solely with the individual and/or their legal decision-maker.

Compensation Disclosure

ElderCare Placement Advisors, LLC may receive compensation from participating care providers and facilities if a placement occurs. This compensation does not determine which providers are recommended.

Families are under no obligation to select any care provider introduced or discussed.

No Obligation or Exclusivity

Use of our services does not create an exclusive relationship. Families are free to pursue other resources, providers, or referral services at any time. Our exclusivity is limited to the facilities we have recommended per the signed contract terms.
