How Placement Works
Our Process
Getting started with ElderCare Placement Advisors begins with a same-day phone or virtual consultation to understand care needs, budget, and timeline. Nurse evaluates the client in person to confirm care needs. A nurse-led advisor then identifies appropriate adult family homes, assisted living, or memory care options and coordinates tours and placement—often within days for urgent situations.

RN-led review of medical, functional, and safety needs. Facilities selected based on care fit, not convenience.

3. Tours & Guidance
We coordinate tours and help families evaluate options.

4. RN Assessment* & Placement
Support through decision, move-in, and transition. (*WA State required; provided as an add-on service)
